Brian C. Tanko, ESQ.
Brian received his BSBA in Accounting from Creighton University (Cum Laude) in 1991. He received his CPA Certificate from the Nebraska State Board of Public Accountancy and also obtained Certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
In 1995, Brian received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Creighton University’s School of Law (Cum Laude). Brian is a member of the State Bar of Montana, Northwest Montana Bar Association, Nevada State Bar, Clark County Bar Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council, Nebraska State Board of Public Accountancy, National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and is a Graduate Estate Planning Council Member. Brian is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the states of Montana and Nevada, and is licensed to practice law before the U.S. Tax Court.
Brian’s civic associations include serving on the Boards of Flathead County’s Agency on Agency, F.A.C.E., St. Matthew’s Catholic Church Finance Council, and is a proud member of the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce and Flathead Business and Industry Association.
